What we love the most from 9 different types of tea presented by the stuff is Assam Earl Gray. This well-known black tea comes with lovely aroma smell than usual. However if you happen to be more into flora, Red Roses can make you a good company with the strong rose smell (quite hard to find in Bangkok). Another choice for those who love freshly refreshing, how about a glass of tropical smell of Mango Dream?
The high tea starts with ‘cookie of the day’, a smell catchy starter before the meal. What we have today is a fresh baked crunchy cornflake cookie served with fresh berries: strawberry, Blueberry, and Raspberry.
The savories include a freshly Poached Lobster Salad & Tom Yum Dressing. A mince Poached Lobster mixed in sour and spicy Tom Yum salad dressing. Served on a scallop’s shell, an herbal smell from sauce light up the taste of Lobster to another level. Our next dish goes a bit Asian with Chicken Tikka in Pita Bread Pocket. Cucumber & Cheddar Sandwich with Beetroot Bread, a red color of beetroot going well with sweet cucumber sauce and salty cheddar cheese. Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Sandwich, bite-sized portions of roll sandwich with creamy cream cheese spread in pet dropper and smoked salmon.

Vertigo TOO served this single-serving cake in 2 types: Traditional Scone and Black Raisin Scone in which this classic kind of cookies are Moist, tender and added with black sweet raisin. Scone is lightly sweetened, so you might want to season up with some clotted cream, strawberry jam, and butter. It’s always a good idea to mix a creamy clotted cream with sour and sweet strawberry, then this basic combination is ready to take you to heaven.
