Celebrated restaurateur Chef Diego Campos brings his long-nurtured recipes and signature cooking style to Vertigo TOO, Banyan Tree Bangkok. He is joined in our kitchens by son and partner Ruben, making this a uniquely two-gen family culinary affair.
Already a dedicated student of the kitchen at age 14, Chef Diego spent his formative years in top European kitchens, particularly France and Spain, before venturing afield for positions in in Russia, Japan, and China. In 1983 he established Rincon de Diego restaurant in Tarragona, Spain, which he runs with his wife along with son and Executive Chef Ruben. And now Bangkok diners can experience first-hand the intriguing and supremely satisfying flavours of Chef Diego & Son’s Spanish and Catalan inspired cuisine in a 4-course set menu that will available from 23-25 February at Vertigo TOO, Banyan Tree Bangkok.
