La VIE – Creative French Cuisine invites you to a marvelous 6-course Creative French Cuisine with a Japanese Touch set dinner on Christmas Eve, prepared by our New Japanese Executive Sous Chef Yuya Okuda, a master of both cuisines, and showcasing his immense and delicious talents. Hors D’oeuvres and then a savoury soup of Fennel and Potato Cappuccino with Truffle Flavor begins the feast, followed by Scotland Snow Fish, a Low-Heat Slow-Roasted French Duck Breast with Pistachio and Honey, and for dessert a tantalizing Soup of Organic Strawberry with Mint Crème Mousse and Grand Marnier Gelée — all accompanied by live music of the season by the talented 3-piece band, Maple.

THB 3,200 net per person, including a welcome glass of Chandon.
