At VIU, you can experience many refined dinning station. Starting with a wide selection of antipasti where several types of DIY salads were served. Appetizers included various Cold Cut such as fine selection of French and Italian cheeses, breads and three kinds of soup, which are Singaporean Chilli Crab, Fish Maw Soup and Lobster Bisque.

Bread & Cold Cut
Asian corner is divided into 2 sections, the Chinese and the Japanese. The Chinese section is where you can find a Hong Kong’s style Suckling pig served with sweet source, Roasted Duck with Soy Sauce and finest Dim Sum collection. Japanese section present you a variation of sushi and sashimi including salmon, Hamaji, Tako, Hokkigai, Sweet Prawn and unlimited order of Lobster Sashimi.

The dessert room was decorated with sweet collections of dessert: chocolate fondue, chocolate tart, Raspberry mousse Meringue, panna cotta, cheese cake, Apple Crumble Cake and 8 selection of homemade ice cream with topping all present in martini glass. Dessert corner also present an authentic traditional Thai sweet such as deletable imitation fruits, egg yoke fudge balls cooked in syrup, golden threads etc. What you shouldn’t miss for this section is a bite-sized portions of Chocolate praline. Such a perfect sweet ending!
