Chicken Milanese and wine are available on the menu of Volti Ristorante & Bar at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok every Friday from June to November 2016.
Diners may celebrate their last working day of the week and unwind with a glass of red or white house wine and savour tempting Chicken Milanese into which Chef Luca Casini incorporated seasonal fresh ingredients and flavours to perfectly match guests’ palate. Chef Luca’s classic Chicken Milanese is served with Rocket Salad, summer’s ripe Cherry Tomatoes and Lemon. Chicken Milanese and a glass of wine on Friday night, along with beautiful live music, is priced at Bt550++ per set.
