On this night, the restaurant chefs become chefs d’amour to delight and surprise couples with a specially created menu of beautifully presented Valentine’s Day dishes. The 4-course set menu starts off with a refreshing amuse bouche followed by elegantly prepared seafood. To set the mood, you will begin with a seared tuna carpaccio served on soft brioche bun topped with foie gras followed by a smooth blended veloute of and maine lobster and scallop. Introducing the highlight of the night, a filet of turbot, lemon gnocchi and bisque reduction. Lastly, finish off your meal with a table full of unlimited sweet surprises from our chefs. Plus! Vegetarian set menu is also available featuring cauliflower and walnut ravioli, risotto with kale and Brussel sprouts and cucumber and yoghurt soup.
