For one night only on October 12th, 2016, The Dining Room at The House on Sathorn is proud to host an exclusive wine pairing dinner featuring Chef Fatih Tutak’s, Director of Culinary at The House on Sathorn, progressive Tasting Menu paired with prestigous wines from G Four.
Chef Fatih Tutak creates menus that is a gastronomic journey around the world. Indeed, his dishes tell a story inspired by his many travels. Based on the cooking traditions of Asia, Europe and beyond, the chef’s dishes likewise come seasoned with a good story.What can be a better way to enjoy this menu than with some of the world’s best wines?
The exclusive 8-course wine pairing dinner menu will include Chef Fatih’s signature dishes such as Red Parfait with foie gras and beetroot leather paired with Nikolaihof Riesling Dachau 2016 Austria or Sunday Yum Cha in Causeway Bay with rock lobster, chayote leaves and lapsang souchong tea paired with Si Vintners Si Red Margaret River 2013 Australia and much more. Then, end the night with Chef’s signature dessert, On My Way Home to Silom with banana, toffee and snow paired with Offley White Porto Portugal.
