From Thursday, February 15 to Friday February 23, 2018, Chef Zhang together with Executive Chef Franck Detrait of Park Hyatt Bangkok creates special Chinese New Year six course set menu and Chinese Tea promotion.
High lights from six course set menu includes Beijing roasted duck with caviar, Steamed Alaskan crab, Slow-cooked New Zealand “Black Gold” abalone and Slow-cooked wagyu beef.
Special Chinese Tea promotion will be served at Living Room and includes Snow chrysanthemum tea with Yunnan honey, ginseng, wolfberries served with Green tea cookies.
