Throughout May and June 2016, Fireplace Grill and Bar presents a special menu of exquisite seasonal dishes. Just right for sharing, each culinary creation on the Grill’s new “Seasonal Delights” menu features premium ingredients – all imported from France. In highlight are the distinctive flavors of zucchini flowers, crunchy samphire, fresh langoustines and summer truffles. On the menu are Crispy Zucchini Flowers Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Chives, Crunchy Samphire with Pan-Seared Scallops and Saffron, and Langoustine with Bacon Bits, Brown Rice, Truffle Oil and Slow-Cooked Egg. Guests with a taste for truffles can enjoy servings by the gram while the menu’s other dishes can certainly be shared with enthusiasm.
