The restaurant’s new “Sunday Longest Champagne Brunch” features free-flow Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne NV and an extensive choice of cocktails to complement mellow Sunday afternoons as diners enjoy an impressive selection of Asian and Western dishes.
The selection of cocktails, made to order by Niche restaurant’s talented mixologist, Andreas Baasch, includes Signature Niche Mojito (white rum, dark rum, vanilla, passion fruit, lime and ginger ale); Al Fresco Gin Tonic (beefeater gin infused with cucumber, rosemary, black pepper and premium tonic water); Niche Cuba Libre (Havana club 7 years, premium cola and fresh lime); Rosy Royal (sparkling wine, kai lemongrass–ginger shochu, elderflower, kaffir lime, lemongrass, fresh mint and soda water); Asian Beauty (beer, kai Vietnamese lychee vodka, cherry blossom and pomegranate) and French Connection (beer, elderflower, cucumber, apple juice and lemon).
The cocktails bar offers two different signature drinks every Sunday along with a premium gin and tonic, and the famous Kempinski Bloody Mary.
