The Campaign Period

  1. “Great Pleasure with Jet Airways by Great Gastro” campaign will run from 23 February 2018 to 18 March 2018 (both dates inclusive). All applications must be made within the Campaign Period.

Eligibility

  1. For all eligible chance, is more particularly described as follows:
a) Dine at participate restaurant at minimum spend:
– THB 5,000* at Indus, MAYA and Romsai
– THB 8,000* at Up & Above restaurant, Red Sky and Tables Grill
* The amount above is before VAT & service charge
b) Completing an online registration form and submitting it via Online Registration Page which easily access by scan QR CODE provided by restaurant’s staff (arrange and prepare by Great Gastro Team)
c) The complete applicant must comprise of “Customer Name”, “Contact Email” and “Bill Number”
d) Register within campaign period which is 00:00 hrs. of 23 February 2018 – 23:59 hrs. of 18 March 2018
  1. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:
a)  Any Customer who is not a resident of Thailand.
b)  Permanent and/or contract employees of participant restaurant and airline (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members.

Approval of Eligible Chance

  1. Great Gastro reserves the right as it deems fit to approve or reject any chance completed enrolling via Online Registration Page.

The Lucky Draw

  1. All Approved Eligible Chance are entitled to join the lucky draw which held on 20 March 2018, Time and Place will be advised.
  2. The lucky draw held by representative of Jet Airways and participated restaurant
  3. The lucky draw will be held in front of medias & representative from all participated restaurant as the witness.

The Prize

  1. The winner will receive:
a) 2 roundtrip economy class tickets from Bangkok to Mumbai from Jet Airways* for Approved Eligible Chance from Indus, MAYA and Romsai
b) 2 roundtrip economy class tickets from Bangkok to Paris from Jet Airways* for Approved Eligible Chance from Up & Above restaurant, Red Sky and Tables Grill
*This ticket excludes all taxes and fuel charges. All taxes and fuel surcharges are to be borne by the winner.
  1. The ticket must be issue within 30thMarch 2018.
  2. The entire journey must be completed by 30thNovember 2018; and cannot be renewed or extendable.
  3. The prize are not exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind, in part or in full.
  4. The amendment of ticket can be done under the terms & conditions of the ticket which issue by Jet Airways
  5. The Winner are not allowed to transfer of sell his/her right to the Cash back to any other person.

Miscellaneous

  1. Great Gastro’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding.
  2. Great Gastro reserves the right not to disclose its reasons for not approving any eligible chance.
  3. Great Gastro reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these terms and conditions with notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or changed by Great Gastro by way of posting on Great Gastro and participant restaurant Facebook, Webpage or in any other manner deemed suitable. Customer who had participated in the Campaign are deemed to have accessed Great Gastro Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/greatgastro), Website at https://thegreatgastro.com/and to have knowledge of and to have agreed to any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. Participants agree that their continued participation in the Campaign will constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions (as varied or changed).
  4. Great Gastro reserves the right to cancel, revise, terminate or suspend the Campaign with notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, revision, termination or suspension by Great Gastro of the Campaign shall not entitle any Participant and/or Customer to any claim or compensation against Great Gastro for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by any Eligible Person, Participant and/or Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, revision, termination or suspension.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Thailand.

Jet Airways
