Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Jackie Ho of Mei Jiang, who cooks and presents authentic Cantonese dishes to his guests at Mei Jiang, invites Chinese cuisine enthusiasts to a limited-time Chinese cuisine collaboration between Mei Jiang and one-Michelin-starred Spring Moon from The Peninsula Hong Kong. Only during these three days, diners will be delighted by Chef Leung’s signature dishes from soup to wok-fried dishes such as Braised Half Duck stuffed with assorted Meat, Mushrooms, Beans and Salty Eggs, Panfried Abalone with supreme soy sauce, and Scrambled Eggs with shredded Shrimps, Crab Meat and Bean Sprouts, all cooked in a way that preserves their authenticity.
