Cold Tomato Gazpacho
Served as an appetizer, this cold soup is made from fresh tomato, which gives us a fresh start from a first sip.
Marinated Prawns, Cucumber, Yogurt Sauce
Next is a marinated prawns in a special yogurt sauce. Prawns are specially cut only the most delicate part. The taste of them is sour but becomes perfect when mixed with a sweet fresh watermelon.
Beef Carpaccio, Foie Gras, Black Sesame
A thin layered beef combined with shredded Foie gras topped with sesame. The beef has no smells at all yet the taste still so raw.
Langoustine Ravioli, Flowers, Tomato Water
Smell like shrimp yet a texture like crab meat, Langoustine shrimp ravioli comes with a clear, tomato soup. It amazes us how this soup can be so clear, yet the taste remains like a fresh tomato.
Orange Risotto, “Stacciatella”, Lobster
This risotto has a tasty orange sour sauce. Fresh lobsters are in a ball shape.
Black Pork “Pluma”, Burrata, Sea Urchin
A medium rare marinated black pork comes with signature sauce. The grill well captured the fresh taste and good smell of premium poke, which would surprise the meat lovers.
A “Tomato” In the Black Forest
This adorable dessert is, actually, a sweet and fluffy chocolate served in a shape of Tomato.
Chef Andrea’s creation is an eye open for Italian delight in which the dinner will be amuse by the extraordinary taste of culinary. Inspired by his ideas and creativities, Chef Andre Cannalire bridge the gap between the aged-old Italian recipes with a modern style cooking in such an impressive way.
